Here's our Itinerary for Romania:

Flying to Frankfurt Germany, I will wait and greet everyone at the Frankfurt Airport. Afterward, we will be traveling together to Sibiu (Hermannstadt) Romania.

1. Arriving in Sibiu (Hermannstadt) we will spend two days in this wonderful city where I studied and became a Chef, for me it's a very important and exciting opportunity to share lots of my past experiences in this great City.

We will be staying in one of the most important Hotels in Romania "Hotel Roman Emperor"  Hotelul Împăratul Romanilor, where I was working as a young Chef student back in 1979 under the supervision of Master Chef Zeck.

One of my exciting things to visit with my customers and friends will be the Bruckenthal Museum where I have some of the found expeditions (from the Roman empire) exposed back from 1974. Hopefully, they are still in good shape and showed as I remember.

2. Two days in Mediaş (Mediasch) and Ațel (Hetzeldorf) where I was born, raised, and finished the 8 grade elementary German school.  Lots of fun and exciting stories, history as well memories, good food and Wine will be shared.

You'll never forget this experience in your life and will understand me better what I always truly want to share with you, my friends, and loyal customers!

3. Castel of Alba Julia and the famous Castelul Corvinilor the most impressive and important  Castels of Vlad Dracula, lots of true history ( not Hollywood's entertainment stories) will be shared in these historic places from experienced travel guides and me as well.

Astonishing stories and facts about the 14th century of Transylvania will be shared and experienced by us visitors, this for sure will be a unique opportunity to walk back in time.

4. Sighişoara (Schäßburg) and Braşov (Kronstadt) We will visit these two significant cities of Transylvania Romania in two days but staying in one of the most famous Hotels in Braşov (Kronstadt) 4-star Hotel Belvedere with an incredible view over the great city of Braşov.

We will be visiting the famous Church (Schwartze Kirche) historical museums, great restaurants, and the most visited sightseeing and recreational area Poiana Braşov (Schulerau) the most beautiful Ski and outdoor recreational activities resort in Transylvania Romania.

5. One day and night at one of Vlad Dracula's most important and beloved Castels, now a great Hotel and resort in Transylvania Romania.

An excellent opportunity to recharge and relax with an incredible experience and view,  as well as great food, wines, and specialty drinks.

6. On the way to Bucharest the capital of Romania we will stop for lunch and sightseeing in one of the most significant Carpathian mountain passes Turnul Roşu (Roter Turm Pass) lots of history, traditional good food, and sightseeing.

7. Check-in at the 5 Star "Grand Hotel Bucharest" where we will stay for the last 3 nights before departure from our unforgettable trip!

There will be three days of the greatest experiences you've ever experienced on a travel tour, I almost grew up I can say in the most beautiful cities in Europe, back in the 18th century it was called the little Paris from the Balcan!

I was blessed by spending 6 years of my summer vacations in this amazing city and capital of Romania at my uncle's house!

Later on in the early 80s, I was fortunate to serve in my duty army services at the Romanian Ministry of Transportation and Communication of Bucharest.

I was the most known Chef in the army ranks at this time in Bucharest, honored to serve some of the most important Generals and army members.

On our trip to this great country of Romania, there will be a lot of hidden Gastronomical treasures and experiences that I will share, come join me on this unforgettable journey and trip you'll never forget in your lifetime!
